Welcome to remote asistance
Please follow these steps below if any member of our support team has redirected you to this page.

Download the client, click the yellow word: ANYDESK
-
Open the file that you already downloaded named Anydesk.exe.

Email us your ID number (the number with a red colour upside the client) and keep Anydesk open.
Note: If you close the Anydesk client we cannot asistance you remotely. -
-
We will be connecting remotely to your computer to solve your issues.
