Remote Help

Welcome to remote asistance

Please follow these steps below if any member of our support team has redirected you to this page.

  1. Download the client, click the yellow word: ANYDESK

  2. Open the file that you already downloaded named Anydesk.exe.


  3. Email us your ID number (the number with a red colour upside the client) and keep Anydesk open.
    Note: If you close the Anydesk client we cannot asistance you remotely. 


  5. We will be connecting remotely to your computer to solve your issues.
